Blueprint Football was founded by Ryan Roy Shah, a UEFA B and AFC B licensed coach with a Master’s degree in Sports Science & High Performance and a doctoral pursuit in Business Administration. Having played for clubs in both India and England and coached and managed across a plethora of segments, Ryan combines academic expertise with real-world experience to bring a unique, structured perspective to the game. His work has transformed the journeys of players who’ve progressed to higher levels, coaches who’ve advanced their careers, parents who now navigate their child’s football pathway with clarity, and clubs that have achieved greater financial sustainability and stronger football structures. 

Through Blueprint Football, he set out to change that — creating a platform that combines education, mentorship, consulting, and digital innovation to make professional football development accessible to everyone. His vision is to give players, coaches, parents, and academies the same systems, insights, and standards used at elite levels — delivered affordably and effectively online.
